Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o aplikaci odklonů v trestním řízení v českém právu. Odklon chápeme jako alternativní způsob řešení trestních věcí, který při splnění zákonem definovaných podmínek dává možnost věc vyřešit jinak, než klasicky, tedy rozsudkem vydaným během hlavního líčení. This bachelor's thesis discusses the application of diversions in criminal proceedings in Czech law. We understand diversion as an alternative method of solving criminal cases, which, when the conditions defined by law are met, gives the possibility to solve the case in a different way than the classic way, i.e. by a judgment issued during the main trial.
