Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Podniková kultúra podporujúca dynamický rozvoj podniku“ je oboznámenie s podnikovou kultúrou a procesmi prebiehajúcimi v rámci kultúry podniku ako nástroja, ktorý ovplyvňuje jej proporcionálne dynamické fungovanie a tiež následný proces dynamického rozvoja.
