Application of Balanced Scorecard in management and development of the enterprise
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce představuje metodu Balanced Scorecard a její využití při řízení a rozvoji podniků. V první části je metoda pro strategický management představena včetně historických etap vývoje, jejích perspektiv a strategické analýzy. V druhé části jsou teoretické poznatky využity k provedení analýz vybrané společnosti a následného návrhu implementace Balanced Scorecard.
Abstract:
The thesis is about Balanced Scorecard and its application in management and development of enterprises. First part contains description of this strategic management tool including historical stages, perspectives a strategic analysis. The theory is used in second part to analyse chosen enterprise and to suggest implementation of Balanced Scorecard.
