Bakalářská práce má teoreticko - empirický charakter. Cílem práce je popsat vývoj profesní dráhy učitelů mateřských škol a učitelů základních škol. The bachelor thesis has a theoretical - empirical character. The aim of this thesis is to describe the career development of kindergarten and elementary school teachers.
