Abstract:
Tato studie se zabývá promonocytovou myeloidní buněčnou linií, která byla poprvé izolována z pleurální tekutiny histiocytárního lymfomu 37letého muže. Tato studie ukazuje, že během procesu diferenciace, která byla vyvolána pomocí induktoru diferenciace, forbol 12-myristát-13-acetátu (PMA), došlo k určitým morfologickým změnám, které ukazují přítomnost pseudopodií a adherenci buněk U937. Abstract:
The current study deals with pro-monocytic myeloid cell line which was first isolated from the pleural fluid of histiocytic lymphoma of a 37-year-old man. This study shows that during the process of differentiation which was induced using differentiation inducer, phorbol 12-myristate-13-acetate (PMA), certain morphological changes occurred showing presence of pseudopodia and adherence of the U937 cells …more
