Insolvence of individuals and possible ways of its solution
Abstract:
Cílem disertační práce na téma zadlužení fyzických osob je podat ucelený přehled o možných způsobech řešení dlužníkova úpadku v případech, kdy dlužníkem je fyzická osoba. Práce obsahuje zejména: Insolvenční návrh, zadlužení fyzických osob a jejich oddlužení, spotřebitelské smlouvy, konkurs a reorganizaci.
Abstract:
The aim of the dissertation assignment focused on Insovency of natural persons is to provide coherent summary of possible solutions for debtor´s bankruptcy in cases where the debtor is a natural person. The assignment contains in particular: bankruptcy petition, natural persons´ indebtness and their debt discharge, consumer agreements, bankruptcy and reorganisation.
