Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá témou "Obchodný register a zverejňovanie údajov v kontexte slovenskej a európskej úpravy". Prvá kapitola je zameraná na priblíženie postavenia obchodného registra a jeho činnosti. Druhá kapitola analyzuje publicitu obchodného registra a zverejňovanie údajov. Tretia kapitola prináša pohľad na registre vybraných európskych štátov.
