Creation of Application for Visual Practice Training according to CHC Intelligence Model

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem tvorby aplikace pro trénink kognitivních schopností, přesněji vizuálního zpracování, a to v návaznosti na CHC model inteligence. První část zachycuje samotnou teorii CHC a popis kognitivních funkcí, kterých se sledovaná oblast dotýká. Dále jsou zde nastíněny možnosti neurorehabilitace a změny související s poruchami kognitivních funkcí. Následuje implementace zmiňované aplikace a jejich součástí. Samotná aplikace je jednou z částí projektu Eddie, který vznikl pod záštitou Fakultní nemocnice v Ostravě, Vysoké školy Báňské a Ostravské univerzity a měl by v budoucnu sloužit právě pro neurorehabilitaci. Dle parametrů zadaných projektem je výše zmiňovaná aplikace webová a je postavena primárně na technologii .NET.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the process of creating applications for cognitive abilities training, more precisely with visual processing, following the CHC model of intelligence. The first part describes the CHC theory itself and the description of the cognitive functions that the observed area touches. Furthermore, the possibilities of neurorehabilitation and changes related to cognitive impairment are outlined. Following is the implementation of the mentioned application and its components. The application itself is one of the parts of the Eddie project, which was created under the auspices of the University Hospital in Ostrava, the University of Mining and the University of Ostrava and should serve in the future for neurorehabilitation. According to the parameters specified by the project, the above-mentioned application is web based and it is built primarily on .NET technology.
