Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je analýza zákazníka restaurací McDonald´s v Liberci a marketingových aktivit v tomto odvětví. This thesis analyses the customer profile of McDonald?s restaurants in Liberec and the relevant local marketing profile and activity of the McDonald?s chain. The author attempts to provide an overview of the fast food market and its characteristics.
