Diplomová práce se zabývá tokem materiálu z centrálního skladu na montážní linku pro výrobu motorů ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Analyzuje stávající materiálový tok a procesy s ním související. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou navržena opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení stávajícího materiálového toku. The thesis deals with the flow of material from the central warehouse to the engine production line in ŠKODA AUTO a.s. It analyses the existing flow of material and the processes connected with it. Based on the found out facts, the adjustments are proposed to improve the existing flow of material.
