Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o zvládání krize u klientů se závažným duševním onemocněním v domácím prostředí terénním týmem Centra duševního zdraví. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat multidisciplinární přístup při zvládání krize u klientů s duševním onemocněním. Teoretická část si klade za cíl na základě analýzy odborných zdrojů provést zpracování přehledové statě o výhodách multidisciplinární týmové spolupráce, vymezit základní pojmy a teoretická východiska výzkumu související s tématem diplomové práce. Výzkumná část navazuje na teoretické poznatky. Vzhledem k tématu byla zvolena jako výzkumná strategie případová studie (Case Study) s analýzou zdravotnické dokumentace, polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Využita byla dlouhodobá spolupráce s klientem, znalost jeho životní situace, rodinného zázemí, využití krizového plánu. Cílem výzkumné části práce bylo prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu na bázi případové studie (case study) analyzovat multidisciplinární spolupráci při řešení krize u klienta se závažným duševním onemocněním v době vyhlášení nouzového stavu na území České republiky v souvislosti s výskytem COVID-19.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with crisis management in clients with serious mental illness in the home environment by the field team of the Mental Health Centre. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the multidisciplinary approach to crisis management in clients with mental illness. The theoretical part aims to, based on the analysis of professional resources, to prepare an overview of the benefits of multidisciplinary teamwork, to define the basic concepts and theoretical basis of research related to the topic of the thesis. The research part builds on theoretical knowledge. Due to the topic, a case study with the analysis of medical documentation and semi-structured interviews was chosen as a research strategy. Long-term cooperation with the client, knowledge of his life situation, family background and use of the crisis plan were used. The aim of the research part of the work was to analyse multidisciplinary cooperation in solving the crisis in a client with a serious mental illness at the time of the declaration of an emergency in the Czech Republic in connection with the occurrence of COVID-19 through qualitative research based on a case study.
