Cílem této diplomové práce byla optimalizace extrakce a separace těkavých látek ve vzorcích zeleného čaje pomocí plynové chromatografie s plamenově-ionizačním detektorem. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was optimization of extraction and separation of volatile compounds presented in green tea samples by gas chromatography with a flame-ionization detector. First, SPME extraction conditions were optimized using headspace technique. The Box, Hunter & Hunter factor plan was used for optimization.
