Drugs in prisons

Abstract:

V této práci se zabývám výměnným programem, jeho distribucí a využitelností v nápravných zařízení, především ve věznicích. Dále se zaměřuji na drogovou závislost, dělení drog, prevencí v oblasti psychotropních látek, definicí pojmu harm reduction a na trestné činnosti páchané ve spojení s drogou. V neposlední řadě se zmiňuji o účelu probační a mediační služby, principy činnosti pracovníků PMS a dohledem nad osobami v konfliktu se zákonem. V praktické části jsem zvolila výzkum metodou dotazníků.

Abstract:

In this paper I deal with exchange programs, and their distribution and usefulness in correctional facilities, especially in prisons. After that I focus on drug addiction, drug dealing, prevention through the use of psychotropic substances, the definition of the term harm reduction, and on the committing of criminal acts in connection with illegal drugs. In the last part I talk about the purpose of probation and mediation services, the principal activities of a Probation officer, and the supervision of a person who is in conflict with the law. In the practical part of this paper, I chose doing research by means of a questionnaire.
