Abstract:

Překládaná diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh plastových dílů nabíjecího příslušenství. Teoretická část se zaměřuje zejména na definici polymerů, rozdělení a popis materiálů používaných v podobných aplikacích. Jsou popsány metody zpracování plastů, výroby plastových dílů a druhy jejich spojů. Rovněž jsou popsány zásady pro návrh konstrukce plastových dílů podle předepsaných příruček. V aplikační části diplomové práce jsou definovány požadavky předepsané normami a interními požadavky, které určují design finálního produktu. Dále je využito poznatků z teoretické části při definici materiálu, metody výroby a metody spojování plastových dílů. Následuje modelace návrhu tří plastových dílů s následnou verifikací designu pomocí moldflow analýzy. Navržené plastové komponenty jsou podrobeny drive-over simulacím, které jsou následně optimalizovány na základě fyzického drive-over testu. Výsledkem práce je ověření požadavků pro návrh plastového zařízení.

Abstract:

The presented thesis focuses on the design of plastic parts of charging accessories. The theoretical part focuses mainly on the definition of polymers, the distribution and description of materials used in similar applications. Methods of plastic processing, production of plastic parts and types of their joints are described. The principles for the design of the construction of plastic parts according to the prescribed manuals are also described. The application part of the thesis defines the requirements prescribed by standards and internal requirements that determine the design of the final product. In addition, knowledge from the theoretical part is used in the definition of the material, the production method and the method of joining plastic parts. This is followed by the modeling of the design of three plastic parts followed by design verification using moldflow analysis. The designed plastic components are subjected to drive-over simulations, which are subsequently optimized based on a physical drive-over test. The result of the work is the verification of the requirements for the design of plastic equipment.
