Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce řeší problematiku politiky bydlení. Cílem bylo porovnat přístupy k bytové politice a nakládání s obecním fondem ve vybraných městech Moravskoslezského kraje. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část byla vytvořena na základě české a zahraniční odborné literatury. This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of housing policy. The aim was to compare the approaches to housing policy and management of municipal funds in selected cities of the Moravian-Silesian Region. This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part was based on Czech and foreign literature.
