Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou metaloproteinů a kov vážících proteinů pomocí off-line spojení separační techniky HPLC s detekční metodou ICP-MS. Práce se zabývá možnostmi a omezeními uvedených technik v problematice analýzy těchto typů proteinů.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on analysis of metalloproteins and metal binding proteins by off-line connection of separation technique (HPLC) with detection method (ICP-MS). The presented thesis describes scope and limitations of these techniques on the background of the analysis of metal containing biomolecules.
