Abstract:
Diplomová práce analyzuje kolizní úpravu pořízení pro případ smrti v mezinárodním právu soukromém. Cílem je vymezení hierarchie pramenů, zejména vztahu mezi Nařízením o dědictví, bilaterálními smlouvami a zákonem o mezinárodním právu soukromém. This diploma thesis analyzes the regulation of dispositions of property upon death in private international law. The primary objective is to define the hierarchy of sources, specifically the relationship between the Succession Regulation, bilateral treaties and the Act on Private International Law.
