Abstract:
This work is devoted to the passing of the risk accidental damage and loss of goods in the UN Convention on International Sale of Goods and Incoterms 2000 and 2010. all documents are compared to each other. The conclusion is an example of the practice differences in the use of INCOTERMS 2000 and INCOTERMS 2010.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca je venovaná úprave prechodu nebezpečenstva náhodného poškodenia a straty tovaru v Dohovore OSN o medzinárodnej kúpe tovaru a INCOTERMS 2000 a 2010. Všetky dokumenty sú vzájomne porovnané. V závere sú na príklade z praxe uvedené rozdiely v použití INCOTERMS 2000 a INCOTERMS 2010.
