Současná střední škola a její klima

Present Secondary School and It´s Climate
Abstract:
V teoretické části mé bakalářské práce píši o střední škole a charakterizuji klima školy. Popisuji činitele a osoby ovlivňující klima školy. Především se věnuji učitelům a jejich typologii, žákům a jejich vývojovému období dospívání a rodině. Také píši o komunikaci v prostředí školy. V praktické části této práce popisuji zvolenou metodu výzkumu. Uvádím výsledky, vyhodnocení a ověření hypotéz.
Abstract:
In the theoretical part of my thesis I am writing about secondary school, characterizing the climate of the school, and describing factors and those affecting school climate. I deal mainly with teachers and their typology, students and their developmental period of adolescence and family. I write about communication in the school environment too.
