Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro provádění stavby zadaného objektu. Má práce je zaměřena na návrh polyfunkčního bytového domu v Mladé Vožici, nacházející se v okresu Tábor. Cílem práce je vypracování čtyř částí projektové dokumentace, kde se věnuji architektonickému návrhu, architektonicko-stavební části, požárně bezpečnostnímu řešení, technice prostředí objektu a tepelně technickému posouzení s energetickou náročností navrženého objektu. Zabývám se zde spojením bytového objektu s provozem tří služeb menšího rozsahu spojených v jeden funkční celek. Jedná se o květinářství, kadeřnictví a masáže. Objekt navrženého polyfunkčního bytového domu svým tvarem a působením skvěle zapadá do stávajícího okolního prostředí a svým způsobem vyřeší jeden z místních problémů nedostatku těchto služeb a zároveň s umístěním v blízkosti sebe. Při tvorbě technické dokumentace je postupováno dle vyhlášky č. 268/2009 Sb., o technických požadavcích na stavby. Výstupem této práce je architektonická studie, projekt polyfunkčního bytového domu na úrovni provádění stavby, požární zpráva, tepelně technické posouzení a vyhodnocení z hlediska energetické náročnosti budovy.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation in the stage for carrying out the construction of the given object. My work is focused on the design of a multifunctional apartment building in Mladá Vožice, located in the district of Tábor. The aim of the thesis is to elaborate four parts of the project documentation, where I deal with architectural design, architectural-building part, fire safety solution, technical environment of the building and thermal-technical assessment with the energy demand of the designed object. I deal with the connection of a residential building with the operation of three smaller services connected to one functional unit. It is a florist, hairdresser and massage. The object of the designed multifunctional apartment house with its shape and action fits perfectly into the existing environment and in some way solves one of the local problems of lack of these services and at the same time location close to each other. The technical documentation is elaborated according to Decree No. 268/2009 Coll., On Technical Requirements for Buildings. The output of this work is an architectural study, a project of multifunctional apartment building at the level of construction realization, fire report, thermal technical assessment and evaluation in terms of energy intensity of the building.
