Bakalářská práce vyjadřuje obecnou problematiku zajištění závazkových vztahů a poskytuje přehled jednotlivých zajišťovacích institutů. Vychází zejména z občanského a obchodního zákoníku, ale i z dalších souvisejících zákonů.
