Rebuilding of the fluid boiler in power station in Ledvice.

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se zabývám fluidním kotlem, který je provozován v Elektrárně Ledvice (ELE) a na němž budou provedeny úpravy z důvodu splnění emisních. V první kapitole je popsán granulační bubnový kotel s přirozeným oběhem, který byl provozován v ELE před fluidním kotlem do roku 1994. Fluidní kotel byl uveden do provozu v roce 1998, v bakalářské práci je popsán jeho stav po výstavbě. V krátké kapitole se věnuji změnám, které byly provedeny na bloku B4, zejména změně zauhlování bloku. Nejdůležitější kapitola bakalářské práce se zabývá emisními limity, které je nutno splňovat od 1. 7. 2021. Elektrárna Ledvice bude muset zavést opatření na snížení emisí oxidu siřičitého, oxidů dusíku a také na snížení emisí rtuti. Popisuji nejlepší metody, kterými je možné regulovat tvorbu těchto škodlivých látek, nebo jak snižovat jejich množství vypouštěné do ovzduší. Zároveň navrhuji nejlepší možná řešení pro Elektrárnu Ledvice.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis I deal with a pulverized coal tower boiler of the Ledvice Power Station. In its first chapter I discuss a natural-circulation granulation boiler, which was used in Ledvice up until 1994 before the tower boiler installation. The tower boiler was put into operation in 1998 and the thesis describes its state after that moment. A short chapter also discusses changes made in block B4 especially concerning the block coal handling. The most important part of the thesis deals with the emission limits to be met from July 1, 2021. The Ledvice Power Station will have to introduce measures to reduce the emissions of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and to reduce the emissions of mercury. I describe the best methods by which it is possible to regulate the formation of these harmful substances or how to reduce their amount emitted into the atmosphere. At the same time, I propose the best possible solution for the Ledvice Power Station.
