Recruiting and leading of employes with personality features of Dark triad

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaobírá problematikou „Temné triády“. V teoretické části práce se pojednává o samotném fenoménu temné triády, který je rozebrán a popsán a snaží se objektivně vysvětlit o co jde a jak to vypadá v praxi v dnešní době. Mimo jiné obsahuje teoretická část stručný popis, výběru nového zaměstnance. Praktická část je pak zaměřena na výzkum, který zkoumá právě jednotlivé rysy temné triády u studentů manažerských oborů na Newton College. Návrhová část poté pracuje s výsledky výzkumu a doporučuje studentům různé možnosti.

Abstract:

: This thesis works with phenomen of „Dark triad“. There is a talking about the phenomen of dark triad in the theoretical part of the thesis. Also there are an analysis and a description and those are showing us how does it work in real world. The theoretical thesis is including description of recruiting new employee. There is a research in practical part of the thesis. This reaserch is about personality features of dark triad among students of managerical discipline in Newton College. Also there is a proposal part of the thesis, which works with research results and recommending of choices for students.
