Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením architektonické studie a projektem penzionu ke stavebnímu povolení. Zadáním bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout stavbu penzionu, aby zapadala svým architektonickým řešením do území dané lokality. V projektu jsou použity prvky vyráběné firmou Heluz. This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of architectural study and with project of a guest house for building permission. The task of the thesis was to design a building of the guest house to fit its architectural design to the territory of given locality.
