Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o rodinném právu v Saúdské Arábii se zaměřením na misjár manželství. První část této práce se soustředí na rodinné právo podle šarí´atského práva a principy islámského manželství. Hlavní cíl práce je vytvořit ucelené pojednání o současném problému misjár manželství.
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis deals with family law in Saudi Ariabia in focus on misyar marriage. The first part of this thesis is focused on a family law according to Sharia law and the principles of islam marriage. The main aim of the thesis is created united treatise about contemporary issue of misyar marriage.
