Imposter Syndrome among Managers
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o tzv. Imposter syndromu (IS) neboli syndromu podvodníka. Shrnuje současné poznatky o IS. V obecné rovině i ve vztahu k manažerským pozicím. V praktické části se zabývá povědomím českých manažerů o IS a navrhuje způsob, jak o něm komunikovat v rámci podniku.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the so-called Imposter Syndrome (IS). It summarizes the current knowledge about IS – in general and in relation to managerial positions. In the practical part, it deals with the awareness of Czech managers about IS and proposes a way to communicate about it within the company.
