Oba typy mírných fágů z čeledi Siphoviridae hrají významnou roli v procesu pozitivní lyzogenní konverze recipientní bakterie. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on interactions between eta or sea gene-positive bacteriophages during lysogenic conversion of Staphylococcus aureus. Both types of moderate phages (Siphoviridae family) play an important role in positive lysogenic conversion of recipient strains.
