Cultivation methods and possibility of embryos evaluation in IVF
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení s různými metodami kultivace embryí používaných v IVF. Vysvětleno je i použití inkubátorů a jejich funkce. Dále znázorňuje vývoj embrya v době jeho kultivace a zaměřuje se především na metody hodnocení nejkvalitnějších životaschopných embryí určených pro implantaci do dělohy pacientky.

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to provide information on different methods of culture of embryos applied in IVF. The thesis also includes explanations regarding the usage of incubators and the function of these.
