Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním změn genové exprese u máku setého (Papaver somniferum L.) po působení stresu suchem. Rostliny reagují na stres suchem komplexně. V rámci fyziologické úrovně tato práce zahrnuje popis změn v rámci poměru kořene a stonku, vodního potenciálu, stomat, transpirace, fotosyntézy a příjmu živin. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of changes in gene expression in the opium poppy (Papaver somniferum L.) during drought stress. Plants react to drought stress comprehensively. Within the physiological level, this thesis includes a description of changes in the ratio of shoot and root, water potential, stomata, transpiration, photosynthesis and nutrient uptake.
