Manažérske zručnosti a ich využitie v praxi manažéra hotela

Managerial skills and their use in the practice of a hotel manager
Abstract:
This Bachelor's Dissertation researches managerial skills and their uses in the practice of hotel managers. The goal was to discover, which managerial skills are key in the practice and are needed for exercising the role of a manager. In analytics part we analyze the results of a questionnaire, which took place between Prague hotel managers.
Abstract:
Touto bakalárskou prácou sa skúmajú manažérske zručnosti a ich využívanie v praxi hotelových manažérov. Cieľom práce bolo stanoviť, ktoré manažérske zručnosti sú v praxi považované za kľúčové k vykonávaniu funkcie manažéra. V analytickej časti sa analyzujú výsledky dotazníkového šetrenia, ktoré prebehlo medzi manažérmi hotelov v Prahe.
