Bakalářská práce na základě analýzy současného stavu skladového hospodářství ve vybraném podniku, zabývajícím se výrobou bovdenových spojení pro automobilový průmysl, nalézá slabiny a navrhuje opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení jeho efektivity. This bachelor‘s thesis finds weaknesses based on an analysis of the current state of warehouse management in a selected company producing bowden cables for the automotive industry, and suggest measures to improve its efficiency.
