The analysis of warehouse processes in the multi-client distribution center
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na procesy multiklientského distribučního centra společnosti DHL. Teoretická část se věnuje definicím distribučního centra a dalších souvisejících oblastí. Následně je provedena analýza distribučního centra včetně uvedení doporučení pro zlepšení procesu. Cílem je najít úzká místa a navrhnout řešení.
Abstract:
The bachelor's project is focused on processes of the DHL multiclient distribution centre. The teoretic part concerning definitions of distribution centre and other related areas. Then it is focused on analysis of the distribution centre and recommendations for improving processes. The aim of the project is to find the bottlenecks and propose solutions.
