Práce se zabývá teorotickým popisem piezoelektrického jevu, sestavením měřicí aparatury a měřením impedanční charakteristiky piezolelktrického senzoro přístroje QCM 200 Stanford Research Systems, Inc. nezatíženého i se zátěží.
Abstract:
Graduation theses theoreticaly describes piezoelectric effect. Next part is about designig measuring equipment and measureing impedance characteristics of piezoelectric sensor QCM 200 Stanford Research Systems, Inc. unloaded and with loading.
