Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je představení podnikové logistiky a analýza řízení zásob jako jednoho z úkolů logistiky podniku. V první části jsou uvedeny teoretické základy dané problematiky. Dále je prostor věnován analýze řízení zásob v konkrétním podniku. Ta byla provedena na základě analýz ABC a XYZ. Poslední část je pak věnována návrhu doporučení vedoucích ke zlepšení stávající situace.
Abstract:
A subject of this thesis is an introduction of business logistics and inventory management analysis as one of the tasks of the company logistics. The first section describes the theoretical basis of the topic. Furthermore, the space is devoted to the analysis of inventory management in the company, which was done on the basis of analyzes of ABC and XYZ.
