The representation of the Civil War and post-war period in the Spanish popular novel of the 21th century: Written by and for women
Abstract:
The topic of this thesis is the depiction of the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939) and the post-war period in contemporary Spanish popular fiction. With regard to the notion of literary canon introduced by Harold Bloom, the concept of popular fiction is defined.
