Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje téma mediace. V teoretické části se věnuji pojmu konflikt, vysvětluji co je to mediace, její historii, postavení ve světě i u nás. Zabývám se i procesem mediace, tím, kdo je mediátor a jaké jsou klady této alternativy. Kde všude se s ní můžeme setkat. Ve výzkumné části se zaměřuji na pozici mediace ve společnosti. Thesis is covering the mediation topic. The theoretical part is focused on concept of conflict. I explain what mediation is, its history and position in the world and in the Czech Republic. The work is engaged also in the mediation process and in the mediator. It shows also the positives of this alternative and situations where it is possible to use it.
