Tématem této diplomové práce je problematika osoby rozhodce. Téma jsem pojala z pohledu postavení osoby rozhodce v rozhodčím řízení dle zákona č. 216/1994 Sb.,o rozhodčím řízení a o výkonu rozhodčích nálezů (dále „ZRŘ“) a v dalších souvisejících právních předpisech. This diploma thesis analyses the status held and activities performed by the arbitrator in arbitration proceedings pursuant to Act No. 216/1994 Coll., on Arbitration Proceedings and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards. Apart from this detailed analysis, the thesis also contains the comparison between the arbitrator pursuant to the Czech law and the arbitrator pursuant to foreign legal regulations.
