Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá asymetrickou Henryho reakcí nitromethanu s benzendikarbaldehydy. Vznikající produkty byly separovány, identifikovány a charakterizovány pomocí spektroskopických metod. V rámci práce byly optimalizovány reakční podmínky uvedených Henryho reakcí za účelem maximalizace výtěžků a maximalizace optické čistoty požadovaných fenylen-bis(nitroethanolů). This bachelor work describes the asymmetric Henry reaction of nitromethane with benzenedicarbaldehydes. The products formed were separated, identified and characterized by means of spectroscopic methods. The reaction conditions of these Henry reactions were optimized with regard to maximization of chemical yields and optical purity of desired phenylene-bis(nitroethanol) derivatives.
