Zkušenost s tresty v dětství a možný vliv této zkušenosti na přístup k trestání vlastních dětí

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá tlesnými a jinými tresty dtí v rodinách s pihlédnutím k výchovným stylm. Cílem bylo zachytit tlesné tresty z pohledu rodi dtí a zjistit, zda se ve zpsobu trestání odráží jejich osobní zkušenost z dtství. V teoretické ásti jsou definovány základní pojmy (trest, tlesný trest, tlesný trest versus týrání, výchovný styl a sociální uení) a související teoretická východiska. Dále zde uvádím pehled dosavadních výzkum zabývajících se danou problematikou. V empirické ásti je popsán pojem kvalitativní výzkum a využitá metoda sbru dat - semistrukturovaný rozhovor, je zde pedstaven výzkumný vzorek pti respondent, rodi alespo jednoho dítte do 10 let, a analýza rozhovor. Výsledky této studie ukazují, že rodie pi výchov a trestání svých dtí vycházejí ze své zkušenosti z dtství. Pokud se identifikují se svým mírným, shovívavým rodiem, chtli by být ke svým dtem také mírní a shovívaví. Pokud odmítali pístup písného, trestajícího rodie, sami nechtjí takto postupovat u svých dtí. Dále jsem zjistila, že tvrdost reakce a písnost trestu souvisí více s emoním ladním rodie než se závažností prohešku dítte a že tlesn trestající rodie jednají vždy v afektu

Abstract:

The work deals with corporal and other punishment of children in families, regarding parenting styles. The main aim was to find the parents view of corporal punishment and to find out whether the way of punishment reflects their own experience from childhood. In the theoretical part the basic terms are defined (punishment, corporal punishment, corporal punishment versus abuse, parenting style and social learning) and related theoretical bases. Then I present the overview of existing research dealing with the topic. In the empirical part the term of qualitative research and the method of data collection semi-structured interview - are described, the sample of five respondents, parents of at least one child younger than 10 years and the analyses of the interviews are presented. The results of the study suggest that the parents use their own experience from childhood when punishing their children. If they identify with the permissive, tolerant parent, they would like to be permissive and tolerant to their children either. If they disapproved of their strict, punitive parent, they do not want to approach their children that way. The next outcome suggests that reaction and strictness of punishment is linked with the emotional state of a parent rather than the seriousness of misbehaviour and that corporally punitive parents always act when angry.
