Specifics of personnel management in the wellness hotels

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje v teoretické části, personální management a vzdělávání zaměstnanců v organizaci. Také popisuje, jak vznikl pojem wellness, kdy se wellness dostal do povědomí hotelů a kvalifikaci pracovníků v oddělení wellness, spolu s poskytovanými procedurami. V analytické části je studium vybraných wellness hotelů a také jejich stručný popis. Výzkum se provádí pomocí strukturovaného (řízeného) rozhovoru a poté je provedeno srovnání teoretických informací se zjištěnými informacemi z praxe. Toto srovnání bude pomáhat v určování kvality služeb ve wellness hotelech. Následuje grafické znázornění pracovních poměrů profesionálních zaměstnanců. V návrhové části této práce jsou navrženy body pro určení kvality služeb v oblasti wellness hotelů.Cílem této práce je porovnat teoretické poznatky získané z literatury s informacemi zjištěnými v praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis describes in the theoretical parts, personnel management and training of employees in the organization. It also describes how the concept originated wellness, when the wellness came to the attention of the hotel and qualifications of staff in the department of wellness, along with the provided procedures. In the analytical part, there is a study of selected wellness hotels and also their brief description. Research is conducted using a structured (controlled) interview and then execution the comparison of theoretical information with ascertained information from practice. This comparison will helping by the determination of the quality of services at wellness hotels. The following is a graphical representation of the working conditions of professional employees. In the design part of this thesis are designed points to determine the quality of services in the wellness hotels. The aim of this work is to compare the theoretical information gathered from the literature with the information identified in practice.
