Comparison of business entities in the Czech Republic and Germany, entry of the Czech company to the German market

Anotace:

Tato práce se v teoretické části zaměřuje na porovnání podnikatelských subjektů v České republice a Německu a následné analýzy, které společnost musí nutně provést před samot-ným vstupem na německý trh. V praktické je vybrána společnost, která je do detailu popsá-na a následně analyzována. Po provedených analýzách autor navrhne a popíše formu vstupu, kterou společnost dle jeho návrhů provedla.

Abstract:

This thesis focusses on the theoretical part of the comparison of business entities in the Czech Republic and Germany and the subsequent analysis that the company must necessarily perform before entering the German market. In the practical part of the thesis, the author selects the company then describes and analyzes its structure. Thereafter analyzing the company and the business environment, the author will propose and describe the form of input on the German market that the company made according to his proposals.
