Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza kompetencí na trhu práce v oboru management. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První je teoretická část, která má za úkol seznámit s jednotlivými pojmy a teoretickými znalostmi, které souvisejí s tématem. V aplikační části byla provedena analýza nejčastěji požadovaných a nejdůležitějších kompetencí. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření byly vyhodnoceny kompetence absolventů, možnosti uplatnění absolventů a možnosti zvýšení kvality kompetencí absolventů. K vyhodnocení získaných údajů byla použita především deskriptivní analýza. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků jsou navržena jistá opatření. Při tvorbě bakalářské práce bylo zjištěno, jaké jsou nejčastěji požadované kompetence ve vybraném oboru, jakou úrovní kompetencí disponují absolventi ucházející se o práci ve vybraném oboru a jaká je efektivnost programů, při kterých se studenti účastní výuky nebo výkonu stáže v zahraničí. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo porovnat kompetence požadované trhem práce ve vybraném oboru s kompetencemi absolventů.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of competences in the labor market in the field of management. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is the theoretical part, which is aimed at acquainting with individual concepts and theoretical knowledge related to the topic. In the application part, the most frequently requested and most important competences were analyzed. The questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the competences of graduates, the possibilities of graduate employment and the possibility of improving the quality of graduate competences. In particular, a descriptive analysis was used to evaluate the data obtained. Certain measures are proposed based on the shortcomings identified. While making the bachelor thesis it was found out what are the most often required competences in the selected field, what level of competences have graduates applying for a job in the selected field and what is the effectiveness of programs in which students participate in getting education or internship abroad. The aim of this work was to compare the required competences in the labor market in the selected field with the competences of graduates.
