Abstract:

Tato teoretická bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zmapovat opatření, která má kurátor pro děti a mládež k dispozici při sociální práci s dítětem mladším 15 let, které se dopustilo činu jinak trestného. Tato teoretická bakalářská práce může sloužit jako přehled či souhrn možností kurátora při práci s dětmi nejen pro školy a jiné instituce, ale také pro začínající kurátory, kteří se mohou díky této práci lépe a rychleji zorientovat v možnostech, účelech a smyslech jednotlivých opatření vycházejících jak ze zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí, tak i ze zákona o soudnictví ve věcech mládež.

Abstract:

This theoretical bachelor's thesis aims to survey the measures in social work available to an officer in charge of children at risk who are under 15 years of age and have committed an otherwise criminal act. This theoretical bachelor's thesis can serve as an overview or summary of the possibilities of the officer in charge of children and youth in working with children not only for schools and other institutions, but also for aspiring officers of charge of children and youth, who, thanks to this thesis, can get a better and faster orientation in the possibilities, purposes and meanings of the various measures based on both the Act on Social and Legal Protection of Children and the Act on Juvenile Justice.
