Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je srovnat ideál objektivity v oblasti žurnalistiky s literárním projevem spisovatele Hunter S. Thompsona. Práce zkoumá vývoj a historii pravidel správné, objektivní práce novináře a následně tento fenomén porovnává s přístupem Hunter S. Thompsona. Jako kontext pro analýzu děl slouží období prezidentských voleb v Americe roku 1972.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to compare the ideal of objectivity in political journalism and then compare it with Hunter S. Thompson's literary output. The thesis examines the development of objectivity as the correct way to report events and then compares this phenomenon with Hunter S. Thompson's approach. The 1972 US presidential campaign serves as a context for more profound analysis of the works.
