Cieľom bakalárskej práce je objasniť problematiku systému dodacích podmienok INCOTERMS, ich účelu a významu. INCOTERMS určujú spôsob, miesto a okamih predania tovaru, prechodu nákladov a rizík z predávajúceho na kupujúceho.
