Práce pojednává o problému využívání vnitřních informací na kapitálových trzích (insider trading). Téma srovnává americkou právní úpravu insider trading s detailním rozborem českých právních pravidel platných v této oblasti, a dále řeší slučitelnost s evropským právem a efektivnost naší právní úpravy. The thesis deals with issue of insider trading. The thesis using comparison with US law of insider trading and detail analysis of the Czech insider trading rules, solves extent of conformity with EU law and effectiveness of the Czech law.
