Tato diplomové práce řeší otázku hranic nekompenzovatelné regulace v oblasti životního prostředí a kompenzovatelného regulatorního vyvlastnění (regulatory expropriation) z pohledu mezinárodního investičního práva. This thesis concerns the issue of boundaries between a non-compensable environmental regulation and regulatory expropriation, where a compensation is due, in international investment law. With this issue was dealt with a use of the institutional approach.
