Abstract:

Cílem práce je optimalizace finančních toků ve firmě. Optimalizace převodu peněžní hotovosti mezi bankovními účty má v důsledku kladný vliv na plánování a využití mezifiremní půjčky, snížení úroků z ní a tím i k poklesu nákladů. Autorka se nejprve zabývá vysvětlením a teoretickým základem pojmu cash flow a jeho významu. Samostatná kapitola je věnována také cash poolingu jak teoreticky, tak jeho využití v praxi. Pro dosažení cíle práce autorka vyvíjí nástroj ve formě excellového souboru jako podkladu pro plánování potřeby transferů peněžních prostředků v rámci regionu. Příjmy a výdaje v rámci mateřské firmy a jejích poboček jsou analyzovány a sumarizovány. V závěru práce se potvrzuje hypotéza kladného vlivu optimalizace porovnáním průměrných zůstatků a účtech a zejména porovnáním výše úroků z vnitropodnikové půjčky před implementací nástroje a po něm. Práce je přínosná pro finanční manažery a podnikatele, zejména v oblasti řízení finančních toků a to hlavně ve společnostech s více než jedním bankovním účtem. Vytvořený nástroj pro plánování cash flow může být inspirací i v jiných oblastech plánování financí

Abstract:

The goal is the optimization of financial flows within the company. The Improvement of transfers of cash between bank accounts leads to the positive impact on the planning and using of intercompany loans, reduced interest of it and thus cost decreasing. Firstly, the author deals with the explanation and theoretical basis of the concept of cash flow and its significance. A separate chapter is also devoted to cash pooling both theoretically and its use in practice. To achieve the objective, the author develops a tool in the form of Excell file as the basis for planning transfers of funds within the region. Revenues and expenses of the parent company and its subsidiaries are analyzed and summarized. The conclusion confirms the hypothesis of a positive impact of optimization comparing average balances of accounts, and in particular by comparing the amount of interest of intercompany loans before the implementation of the instrument and afterwards. The thesis is beneficial for financial managers and entrepreneurs, particularly in the management of financial flows, mainly in companies with more than one bank account. The tool created for cash flow planning could be an inspiration in other areas of financial planning.
