Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Identifikace osob podle biologických stop se v teoretické části věnuje biologickým stopám za pomocí kterých je možné vykonat identifikaci osoby. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je popsat nejčastěji nalézané biologické stopy, možnosti jejich zkoumání a identifikaci podle nich a Budu se hlavně zaměřovat na krev, sliny, pot, vlasy a chlupy, ejakulát a kostrové nálezy. Následně mé teoretické poznatky byli podrobeny výzkumu formou strukturovaného rozhovoru. Strukturovaný rozhovor byl veden s vedoucím odboru přírodovědných zkoumání Kriminalistického ústavu plk. Ing. Romanem Hradilem, Ph.D., MBA. Rozhovor se skládá ze 12-ti otázek.

Abstract:

Abstract The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis on the topic Identification of persons by biological traces is focused on biological traces which can be used to identify a person. The idea of my bachelor thesis is to describe the most commonly found biological traces, the possibilities of their examination and identification according to them and I will mainly focus on blood, saliva, sweat, hair and hairs, ejaculate and skeletal findings. After that, my theoretical findings were subjected to research in the form of a structured interview. The structured interview was conducted with the Head of the Natural Science Investigations Department of the Criminalistics Institute, Col. Ing. Roman Hradil, Ph.D., MBA. The interview consists of 12 questions.
