Earnings system in the enterprise
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis analyses earnings system in unnamed enterprise. The first part deals with theoretical background based on literature. In the practical part, an analysis of contemporary earnings system and its impacts on employees is done. Based on the analysis, possible optimization design for the earnings system of the enterprise is proposed.
Abstract:
Predmetom bakalárskej práce je analýza mzdového systému nemenovaného podniku. V prvej časti je uvedený teoretický základ, ktorý vychádza z odbornej literatúry. Nasledujúca časť je venovaná rozboru vplyvu mzdového systému na zamestnancov. Na základe tejto analýzy je vypracovaný návrh optimalizácie mzdového systému v skúmanom podniku.
